Skills  

  • Lectures and Demonstrations: The instructor provides theoretical knowledge and demonstrates massage techniques. This includes explaining anatomy, physiology, and the principles behind different massage methods. 
  • Hands-on Practice: Students practice the techniques on each other under the instructor's supervision. This allows them to gain practical experience and receive immediate feedback. 
  • Guided Practice: The instructor moves around the classroom, observing students as they practice and offering personalized guidance and corrections. 
  • Visual Aids: The use of diagrams, videos, and models to help students understand complex concepts and visualize the techniques being taught. 
  • Group Discussions: Facilitated by the instructor, these discussions allow students to share their experiences, ask questions, and learn from each other. 
  • Peer Feedback: Students often work in pairs or small groups, giving and receiving feedback from their peers, which helps reinforce learning. 
  • Assignments and Quizzes: These are used to assess students' understanding of the material and ensure they are retaining the information. 
  • Observation: Students observe their peers and the instructor to learn different techniques and approaches. 
  • Reflection and Review: The instructor may encourage students to reflect on their practice sessions and review what they have learned to reinforce their understanding. 

 

Programs 

  • 4 days/nights: Learn basic massage techniques and enjoy one gastronomy dinner. 
  • 7 days/nights: Intermediate massage techniques with two gastronomy dinners. 
  • 14 days/nights (Professional Course): Intensive training to become a professional masseuse. 

 

Group Size 

Maximum of 8 participants.
